Debt Collection Execs Plead Guilty in $10 million Fraud Case: FBI

The FBI announced Monday a father/son team have pleaded guilty to conspiracy and wire fraud for their roles in a scheme that bilked clients of their prominent debt collection agency out of at least $10 million. The FBI, the IRS, and a special inspector for TARP funds contributed to the investigation.

Arizona Passes Bill Helpful to Collection Agencies
