Gila awarded as employer stand-out

Gila LLC has been named one of the best places to work in collections 2010 for the second consecutive year by insideARM.com and the Best Companies Group.

Officials at Austin-based Gila said the award program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the accounts receivable management industry.

Gila, which was founded in 1991, develops receivables management and business process outsourcing solutions. The company employs 375 workers.

Gila provides outsourced collections, payment processing and call center services to customers nationally. Its Municipal Services Bureau collects delinquent court fines, fees and debts for a range of governmental entities. The company’s Gila Group specializes in outsourced collections and customer service functions for financial institutions.
