Newport Coast, California ¬– Respondents to LiquidEdge’s April’s ARM Industry Poll say that an FDCA driven strategy – short messages (no 3rd party disclosure) is the preferred messaging strategy 44% of respondents use to avoid lawsuits. 33% use a Foti driven strategy-long messages (full disclosure) and 22 % leave no messages.

What does the poll tell us?
This poll indicates that there is a preferred messaging strategy to avoid lawsuits but there is not a standard messaging strategy that everyone is using to protect against lawsuits.
