Southwest Credit Opens New Facility in Westminster, Colorado

Carrollton, May 21, 2012: Southwest Credit is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Westminster, CO. SWC now has the capacity to seat over 300 call center employees with this office’s nearly 100 additional seats combined with their current headquarters.
A second facility enhances SWC’s world-class service with multiple time zone centers, business continuity, flexibility, growth, diversified labor pools, and an experienced management team. CEO Jeff Hurt said, “Opening a second facility is a product of the continued growth that SWC has experienced and is the next logical step in providing current and future clients the best-in-class service they deserve and we strive for.”
The Westminster office will be managed by Savino Villalobos. Mr. Villalobos has over 14 years of experience ranging from 1st party to 3rd party collections to customer service across several industries.
