HORSHAM, Pa., April 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — NCO Group, Inc. (“NCO”), a leading global provider of best-in-class business process outsourcing solutions, recently announced that NCO subsidiary NCO Customer Management, Inc. has launched a Community Technology Center (CTC) facilitated by Microsoft in Panama City. The purpose of the CTC is to strengthen the local community through digital inclusion initiatives and innovation. As a part of a global program, the effort focuses on narrowing the technology skills gap, aiding global workforce development, and creating social and economic opportunity by providing technology skills training. The center began operations at the end of January.
